Privacy & confidentiality

Your enquiry is confidential.

This notice explains the initial enquiry process. Full controller identification and operational retention terms must be confirmed before the public launch.

Information collected

The enquiry form records your name, email address, company or firm, valuation purpose and message. Please do not provide identity documents, accounts or sensitive third-party personal information in the initial message. No visitor accounts are required.

Purpose and access

Information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, check suitability and prepare an engagement proposal. Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud and are not available for other visitors to read. A receipt reference confirms submission; it does not grant access to the stored information.

Confidential documents

If an engagement proceeds, document transfer, confidentiality obligations and permitted reliance are agreed separately. The initial form is not a financial document-upload facility.

Retention and individual rights

The operating entity, privacy contact, lawful basis, retention schedule and applicable international-transfer safeguards must be finalised by XVAL before accepting live public enquiries. Individuals may have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection under applicable data-protection law. Operational procedures for those requests require confirmation.

Cookies and external references

No optional advertising or analytics integrations have been added to this site. Links to professional and government references open external websites with their own privacy terms. Platform-level hosting and technical security processes may apply.

Launch notice: legal entity and contact details have not been supplied. This notice is a preliminary operational description, not a substitute for an approved UK privacy policy.
